PTI Photopuncture Torches
We recently updated our average output settings due to a new understanding of the illumination area of our torches. While the primary illumination area still has a radius of 1 cm giving an area of 3.14 cm², as the lens is usually not fully pressed to the skin, the actual area radius is 1.4 cm. This increases the area to 6.16 cm² and thereby lowers the output average. We have also adjusted the illumination area of the Fiber-Optic probe to be more accurate – which increases the output average.
