I have always been interested in health and helping others, I opened a fitness center and became certified to teach aerobics, eventually branched out to yoga, relaxation & reflexology. Due to some personal health issues, I found that essential oils really helped me, so I incorporated them into my yoga classes. Several years later I discovered light therapy. I started doing research and attended several clinics. I knew in my heart that I needed to purchase lights for my health. After a year of using lights I knew in my heart that I needed to share the benefits of light with as many people as possible. I have seen some amazing things and get much satisfaction out of knowing that the clients I have helped are living their lives with less pain.
