Laura Patrick helps people live their best life by coaching them on how to reach their goals while supporting their physical and mental wellbeing. She is a Certified Light Therapist, a Certified Heartmath Coach, and an LPGA Class A Teaching Professional. She has been a Certified Light Therapist since 2017 and was also the recipient of the 2019 LPGA Midwest Section Teacher of the Year Award.
Laura focuses on education and awareness regarding the benefits and use of light therapy to improve the quality of life for both humans and animals. As an athlete herself and someone who regularly coaches an aging population, she also understands what it means to live through pain and how it can take an emotional toll. She has also used light therapy extensively on her dogs and cats.
Laura offers light therapy product selection consultations and light therapy device rentals. She believes everyone should own their own light therapy device for use in their own home. Laura also does speaking events on the benefits of light therapy.
